I finally got on here and posted some recent happenings with the Harrigfelds! It has been a great year and I am sad to see summer go, but happy for Fall and a little more of a schedule with the kids. Sloan is already almost 2 and 1/2, Klair started kindergarten and loves it, Allie turned eight and was baptized this summer, and Maely started 4th grade! I totally remember feeling so old in the 4th grade! Shane is staying busy with work and trying to get some hunting in on the side. We are also so excited to be having another baby boy in January! We are all trying to decide on a name for the little guy! I'm sure he will be here before I know it! Life is wonderful!

4th Of July Celebrations...We had a small show of our own and then went up to Iona hill to watch the Fireworks that looked tiny! We were however home in 5 minutes! Maybe next year we will brave the crowd!

As for our Sloan, his dad had a fishing pole in his hand this summer, and can't wait to buy him his first hunting license. He said that he's going to buy him a lifetime hunters/fishing license so that even when he is 60 and goes to get that he will remember that his dad bought him that when he was a baby. I thought that was the sweetest thing. His sisters are loving him so much, and we are chasing him all over the blasted house looking for ways to prevent little things going in his mouth and building road blocks to keep him from falling down the stairs..again. ( so scary) He is such a blessing to us.

My sweet, shy, sassy little Klair turned 4 in October! I have loved our time together when the girls are at school, she is a great little helper...folds laundry like a pro and loves to 'organize' her clothes. She is a little fashionista in the making. She has caught the sports bug too, and surprised us all when at the last game, she whipped off her sweats to reveal some basketball shorts set off by some dress shoes. We love Klair and the spunk she adds to our family.

okay, baby steps...don't know where in the world to start, The newest thing around our house..Basketball, the girls can't get enough of it. Their dad is helping to coach them, they are #1 fans of the Bonneville girls and their coach, Uncle Ryan, love the Utah Jazz, and they play non-stop in the basement which we are seriously thinking twice about carpeting because where else will they play in the winter? (sorry girls) Anyway, I am so proud of them they have made real progress and got a little choked up when Allie made her first basket and my two girls gave eachother high five.

Another reason that I have relied more on facebook these days, my computer downloads my pictures..but it takes forever! Anyone know what the deal is? Maybe I just need a faster speed upgrade, but it seems to just be this program. ?

This is Sloan Shane Harrigfeld!! He was born Thursday the 23rd at 9:16 am. He was 7 lbs. 12 oz. and 21 1/2 in. long. We think he is so handsome! I will put more pictures on later...I am still doing the whole recovery thing and overwhelmed with being a mother of Four!! I feel so blessed!

Baby #4 is on the way! We are so excited and I'm sure April will come very soon ! Maely is very worried if it is a girl (very good chance) that we might give her away. They pray every night that the baby is growing strong.

First Day of School! I can't believe it is here. I also can't believe that my two baby girls are in kindergarten and first grade! Maely was really worried that first grade would be boring, but she is managing okay. Allie is totally ready for anything. Poor Klair is so bored at home with me by herself.

Our last summer hoo-rah. We went up to island park and canoed down the river. It was so much fun and a little too relaxing. Allie and Klair were both asleep by the journey's end. We went from there to Hebgen Lake and stayed for the weekend in a little cabin. Saturday night all the girls went to see Oklahoma at the playmill theatre. Allie sat on the edge of her seat during the whole thing. It was a fun family vacation before school started and our summer came to an end.
